Personal Training

Personal training with one of our Physios is an excellent way to meet your fitness and lifestyle goals, especially if you have a complex injury/condition history.

We offer Personal Training sessions to individuals and duos.  Our sessions are fun and tailored to your preferences and needs, either at our clinic or at an alternative location.

Should you have an existing Personal Trainer we would generally recommend that your rehabilitation program be incorporated into your personal training sessions.
